Chemical process indicators are key quality monitoring tools in sterile services, providing rapid visual confirmation that sterilization cycle parameters (including temperature, time, pressure, and chemical agent concentration) have been satisfied. They are used across all healthcare sterilization modalities including steam autoclave, EO gas, dry heat, formaldehyde, and hydrogen peroxide plasma systems. Our range covers Class 1 process indicators (autoclave tape) through Class 5/6 integrating and emulating indicators for complete sterilization monitoring programs.

All our chemical indicators are produced to ISO 11140-1 performance standards, with clear and unambiguous endpoint color changes designed to minimize misinterpretation by sterilization technicians. Type 1 (process) indicators such as autoclave indicator tape confirm that a pack was exposed to a sterilization agent. Type 5 integrating indicators provide the highest non-biological monitoring sensitivity, correlating closely with biological indicator (spore test) performance across the full range of cycle parameters.
