Surgical and isolation gowns form the primary protective barrier between healthcare workers and patients, defending against contact with blood, body fluids, and airborne contaminants. Used across operating theaters, isolation wards, ICUs, and high-risk procedure areas, our gown range spans standard non-woven disposable gowns for routine procedures, reinforced and ultrasonic-bonded gowns for high-fluid-risk surgeries, laboratory coats, patient gowns, and surgical scrub suits.

Standard non-woven gowns are produced from polypropylene SMS fabric with long sleeves, elastic wrist cuffs, and a back-tie closure ensuring full dorsal coverage. Reinforced gowns incorporate additional high-barrier non-woven laminate at the anterior torso and sleeves (the zones most exposed to fluid strike-through during open surgery). Ultrasonic reinforcement uses thermal bonding rather than conventional stitching, completely eliminating needle penetrations that could compromise the barrier's integrity.
